Blowing snow creates very icy conditions on Interstate 64 on the Illinois side of the St. Louis metro area, near the town of Shiloh. Several dramatic crashes and spinouts are caught on tape. In the distance, a tractor-trailer collides with a car, strikes a bridge barrier, then plunges off the road into the woods. Closer to the camera, cars spin out and slide both into the median and off the right side of the road.
